Data collected and purposes
Through the booking form, WhatsApp, email or phone we collect your name, phone, email, pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time, passengers and luggage, train or flight number and any details you add. This data is used only to quote, organise, carry out and invoice your ride.
Legal bases
Pre-contractual steps and performance of the transport contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b); compliance with accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
Recipients
Mistral VTC and the driver assigned to your ride, plus our host (Hostinger) as processor. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a booking: 3 years after last contact. Customers: during the relationship then 3 years. Invoices: 10 years (legal requirement).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@mistralvtc-provence.com; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure site traffic and the performance of our Google Ads: page views, clicks on phone, WhatsApp and email links, and form submissions. Until you click "Accept", no Google script is loaded and no cookie is set. Analytics cookies are kept for up to 13 months and your choice is remembered for 6 months in your browser. You can change it at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Google may transfer data outside the EU under the Data Privacy Framework. Fonts and photos are hosted on our own server.
Address suggestions
When you type an address in the form, the text is sent to the French public Base Adresse Nationale service (IGN Géoplateforme) only to suggest addresses. No other data is sent and no cookie is set.
